Pegging: a FAQ


Considering that a couple of our readers enjoy pegging (it's true!), we at MKZ thought that it would be useful to point other curious readers the ins and outs (ha!). The FAQ pretty much covers everything, from choosing the right strap-on to finding the prostate. A must for those who are interested in expanding their sexual repetoire.   • You know I've always wondered why males in hetero relationships won't partake in anal sex. In some ways you can say that the perfect way for a woman to avoid anal sex is to ask if he fucks her, she must in turn fuck him as well.

    I don't know if it's more the apprehension that it's "gay" for a male to partake in being the catcher or if it's the pain that would turn him off.

  • I think that most men are afraid that if they take it up the ass, it'll make them "gay", which is silly since it's a woman that's doing the fucking, not some burly man.

    Dan Savage, from Savage Love has often avocated a tit for tat scenario for ass fucking. He's gay, tho', so perhaps he's just trying to spread the anal love.

  • Perhaps pegging is gonna be this generation's blow job, in that it'll become more acceptable to talk about/do. It's highly doubtful, unless we see a massive increase of pegging in porn, and I don't see that happening any time soon. I don't want to see a guy's O face, amongst other things and I think that a lot of men agree with me.

  • I think that porn brings stuff more into the limelight than anything else and makes some taboo acts more acceptable. I'm no expert, by any means, but I've been told that the fact that so many couples are willing to experiment with anal sex is because they see it in porn. I'm not saying that porn influences men, because, c'mon, it's a mastabatory outlit. All I'm saying is that porn can be used as gateway to more taboo acts. I guess what I'm trying to say here is the porn can legitmize acts that might be viewed as "extreme" or unnatural. That's my take on it.

  • I agree about porn legitimizing some sex acts. I know women that are more willing to engage in anal sex after having seen how common it is in pornography. I mean, how it's in pretty much ALL porn and not just porns specializing that fetish.

    It may very well head in the direction of pegging gradually, they already have women giving men rim jobs in porn. Which does absolutely nothing for me... to watch that is. Again, it's different in the intimacy of a relationship. However I feel that the seeds have been sown for more such things in pornography.
